Photo by Lisa Buckner Welcome to the Linden Elementary Strings website! 4^th grade Strings has been a long-standing tradition in Oak Ridge Schools, and is an important factor in Oak Ridge’s excellent strings program. Strings students at Linden meet 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time. In class, students learn about instrument care, proper posture and playing skills, ensemble skills, basics of note reading, and playing fun music like Rocky Top!
